Episode was too short but it was epic but way too short. i looked forward to this too.

Damn I'm conflicted, because I was so hyped seeing pops stunt on that cocky crocodile grandpa, looking like an hammer angel showing a new technique we've never seen. But I wanted to see him completely crush, demolish, annihilate dude, and even though he kind of did, he should've did more damage!! Still I'm happy to see papa hammer do the hammer time lmao, better not f*ck with his son dammit!!

Now I want TS to show his pops some god heir tier shii and impress them all!!

Look I was hyped for this but less then 14min episode REALLLYYYYYY!!! and plus I need some explanations on the ring braking and becoming gold...I know it some how enhances your power but I don't remember anything that mentions that tactic.

I know right. It's the same with other donghuas. They are gradually reducing the length. 'Apotheosis', a new donghua, has its animation on par with swallowed star but it is only 10min long. That it with the opening and ending included, I think.

Yes, you probably searched under the English title. Gogo here lists it under its Chinese title (Bai Lian Cheng Shen).

The official YouKu channel on YT airs it every week but if you pay for VIP, you can watch it one episode ahead of others and they have the best subs.

But if you want fast uploads, try lucifer donghua, they put the latest episode up, just a few hours after the official broadcast and you don't have to pay for VIP.

i searched by that name and the only result was the bad animation.. im either missing something or you are :) ..there is a 3d animation remake of Apotheosis and its freaking awesome.. i dare say its even better than Fanren.. not sure if you are aware of it. That site Kwame posted works just fine and has pretty decent sub for it..When i say its better than Fanren im strictly refering to the animation.. the story is decent so far but its too early to know how good it is.. and the MC.. idk yet Han Li is very hard to top..we'll see

Is that really the 2D one? Sorry my bad, I once searched using the Chinese title but I didn’t watch the episodes here. I just know that there’s an existing 2D version based on the same novel and the new one is produced and broadcast by Youku. As I said, Youku has the better English subs, so I’d rather watch it there than anywhere else.

But glad you found another link! Enjoy! (at least for the time being, you won’t be bored on how the story is developing but not sure if I will stick till the end — as it has a horrid ending. But then again, that’s probably 3 to 4 years down the road.

well for now im glad the animation is really good and i like the art and fight choreography.. they seem to have a different style than most donghuas ..prolly thats why in so interested in it.. also i was impressed by that half demon guy that got killed.. basically enemies like him is what's missing from donghuas.. backstory, motivations etc if they treat all aspects like they treat that one random enemy the show is bound to be good

I feel like they owe us 5+ more mins of animation. Also, I don't know how those young people at Hao Tian Sect can actually help to fight against Title Douluos. No matter how genius they are, they are mostly level 70 to early 80. (I think when I saw the animation they're around level 50 to 60 though). Well, they have Tang Xiao, but still... Also, the moment of waiting is finished! Tang San's dad finally arrives! It's supposed to be exciting, but they dragged it too long.

I've read them, but I don't remember much about soul tools being able to totally fight off limit douluos (or level 96-99 in general) without consequences (usually it's near impossible, that's how powerful level 96-99 are). It's actually also hard to fight off 90-95 in general. Also, you should know although the formation made by soul emperors probably can hold off level 90-95 for some time, but it's quite outrageous to actually being able to hold off 96 to 99 (arguably this is like ancient time in compare to soul land 2). I mean Tang Xiao is there, why would they need a formation? plus in soul land 2, those limit douluos willingly enter into the encirclement. i read soul land 5 as well, the ending is kinda rushed, they didn't tell the story of how TS return to the GK position. it's just exciting to read how TS vanquish and played his enemies, as an ultimate control (-assault) soul master. I'm just saying the gap in soul power cannot be easily bridged by tricks. TS and other DD mc's being able to fight off the higher level opponents are mainly due to several factors: (1) their body structure, (2) mysterious heaven technique, (3) degree of their soul power density, (4) weapons (divine weapon), (5) skills (tang sect skills and divine skills), (6) their extremely high tactical brain. At the end of the day, it's still their power level being ultimate. Because even if you can hold on against the opponent of higher level, your consumption must be larger to balance. Mysterious heaven skill is the breathing technique that reduces the consumption drastically (to be pragmatic). The main reason TS can defeat BBD here is because BBD can't use her full power. In SL4, the power level is actually absurd because of the bloodline of the mc which needs severe bodily transformation via multiple times condensing soul power, so that his body can withstand his bloodline power and all the upgrades, that's why it's kinda absurd when he achieve 10 rings he actually achieve GK level... (haven't read all of them, but that's what I suspect). Well, anyway, this is TJSS world, so while we enjoy it, we also want some consistency.
